Director of CLO Analytics

Job Summary

Overseeing the governance and compliance of CLO business operations, the full-time Director of CLO Analytics will manage outsourced services, monitor trade settlements, and provide analytical support within a hybrid work environment based in Farmington, Connecticut.

Key responsibilities

• Perform oversight of systems and compliance aspects of CLO business, including managing outsourced services and Trustee relationships
• Monitor trades within CLOs for compliance with Indenture requirements and validate new compliance models
• Prepare reporting metrics for senior management and manage inquiries related to CLO operations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CLO analytics, compliance, or loan systems at a relevant financial institution
• Strong knowledge of the leveraged loan bank loan processing ecosystem
• Proven ability to work effectively with external service providers
• Experience managing operational processes in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a self-starter attitude
