Director of Cloud Deployments

Job Summary

Leading the technical team and ensuring high-quality project delivery, the full-time Director of Cloud Deployments will oversee people management, delivery governance, and commercial expansion while working in a hybrid environment based in Salt Lake City, UT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the US technical team, setting clear expectations and aligning individual goals with the business vision
• Govern delivery quality by establishing technical standards, reviewing architectures, and ensuring client engagements exceed expectations
• Identify and close expansion opportunities post-sale, acting as the technical authority for scopes and translating technical strategies into business value

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data, cloud, analytics, or AI delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in managing and growing technical teams, including nearshore or contractor models
• Technical fluency in cloud architecture (preferably GCP), BigQuery, and modern AI/ML technologies
• Client-facing experience in translating technical strategies into business value for enterprise stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with sales on scoping and reviewing SOWs for technical engagements
