Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Cloud Operations to lead and evolve its cloud infrastructure and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the availability, performance, and resilience of the multi-region AWS platform
• Advance observability strategy and establish incident management practices
• Lead, mentor, and support a distributed team of CloudOps engineers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps roles
• Proven track record in leading operational or platform transformations in a SaaS environment
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep experience with incident management and reliability engineering practices
• Collaborative leader with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
