Director of Cloud Operations

Job Summary

Leading the strategic and operational aspects of cloud services, the full-time Director of Cloud Operations will manage corporate contracts, oversee financial reporting, and strengthen vendor relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of customer, partner, and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy
• Review monthly financials, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and providing insights for strategic planning
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners, evaluating performance and negotiating terms for improved collaboration

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business operations or leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a professional services environment
• Expertise in contract management, financial reporting, and vendor/partner oversight
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment and collaborate effectively across distributed teams
