Job Summary
To lead cloud operations for a portfolio of SaaS products, the full-time Director of Cloud Operations will manage end-to-end cloud operations, incident management, and configuration practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end cloud operations, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability of SaaS products
- Lead availability incident management, driving triage, resolution, and root cause analysis for production environments
- Oversee configuration and change management across automated and traditional infrastructure environments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure leadership, with 5+ years in a director-level role
- Deep expertise in operating and troubleshooting multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
- Experience managing availability and performance for SaaS products across multiple geographic regions
- Proven track record in leading incident management and root cause analysis for production environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
