Director of Cloud Service Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Service Operations - Cloud Compute Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead a team for new data center solutions and ongoing operations
• Craft SLAs and metrics to ensure high service availability
• Build relationships across the company and work with peers to resolve service management issues

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 15+ years in service management and technology operations, with at least 7 years in senior roles
• Proven experience in Service Management and/or Data Center Operations
• 8+ years of experience with complex deployments
• Experience in project management and vendor management
