Director of Cloud Services
Job Summary
Leading the strategic development of cloud operations, the full-time Director of Cloud Services will implement automation and deployment capabilities while managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure and scalable solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a Cloud and Managed Services team to support business growth and competitiveness
- Establish technical IT program management frameworks to ensure successful delivery of managed services
- Define and execute the roadmap for deployment and infrastructure automation capabilities
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in senior cloud operations leadership within IT and Cloud management services
- 5+ years of experience with ITSM frameworks and best practices, including networking and cybersecurity
- 3+ years of experience working with Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes engineering teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Significant experience leading software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps teams focused on automation tooling
