Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and scalability of cloud services across multi-cloud environments
• Manage a team of technical professionals, overseeing the implementation of Infrastructure as Code frameworks
• Establish incident management frameworks and standardized monitoring to support 24/7 operations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
• 10 or more years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in cloud operations
• Proven experience in migrating complex on-premises workloads to cloud environments
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
