Director of CNS Publications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Publications Lead.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the execution of publication plans for CNS assets, ensuring alignment with medical and communication objectives
• Manage publication vendors and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate interpretation and timely publication of clinical results

Qualifications:

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) required
• 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, or Publications in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• 3-5 years of experience leading publication planning and execution for global or regional programs, preferably in CNS
• Proven experience managing vendors and external medical writers, including budget oversight
• Strong understanding of Good Publication Practices (GPP) and ICMJE guidelines
