- Proactively source and close 12-16 high-caliber growth coaches per quarter
- Audit, redesign, and optimize the HubSpot recruitment pipeline for efficiency
- Conduct high-level conversations to qualify $1M+ founders and articulate the value proposition
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development or high-ticket consultative sales
- Proven track record of securing high-value deals with founders or executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to optimize sales workflows and improve conversion metrics
- Ability to influence and build trust with experienced entrepreneurs
- Proficiency in managing complex pipelines and data integrity, ideally within HubSpot
