Job Summary
Leading a team of Fractional Business Officers and Coaches, the full-time remote Director of Coaching will ensure exceptional client outcomes and consistent methodology execution while managing team development and operational scalability for law firm clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of Fractional COO and Coaching engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and methodology consistency
- Manage, coach, and develop team leads and individual team members, conducting regular performance reviews and capacity planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine financial frameworks and optimize departmental budgets and systems
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in operations leadership roles with a track record of success
- Ability to analyze financial statements, including P&Ls, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
- Experience managing teams of 5 or more in companies with over $20M in annual revenue
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered)
- High levels of technological proficiency, including experience with AI applications
