Director of Collections

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Collections & Payments to lead its collections and payments functions in a fast-paced Fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, tech-driven collections strategies across various delinquency stages
• Oversee and refine all collections processes, including payment reminders and delinquency management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve collections and payments-related processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in collections or credit risk management, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with digital collections platforms and loan management systems
• Deep understanding of consumer credit products and Fintech regulatory landscape
• Hands-on experience managing dialer systems and modern data tools
