Job Summary

Transforming collections operations, the remote Director of Collections will deliver a comprehensive maturity roadmap, build performance management infrastructure, and drive measurable improvements in collections outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a maturity roadmap for the in-house live agent collections function
• Establish performance management infrastructure, including feedback cycles and clear team expectations
• Demonstrate early progress toward improving collections outcomes with a strategic two-year plan

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive collections experience with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Proven ability to create structured operational plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Experience leading collections teams in a distributed environment while maintaining performance standards
• Recognized authority in collections with expertise extending beyond a single organization
• Substantial experience in driving performance improvements through organizational change
