Job Summary
Leading the Collections & Recovery team, the full-time remote Director of Collections & Recovery will optimize operations to maximize cash collections, enhance customer experience, and implement process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize cash flow and improve collection effectiveness
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor the Collections & Recovery team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B Collections and Recovery, including operational leadership
- Proven ability to lead operational improvements through process optimization and change management
- Experience leveraging data and performance metrics to enhance cash collections and operational effectiveness
- Working knowledge of applicable federal and state laws governing collection activities
