Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of outbound collections strategies across various channels
• Establish and govern contact policies and customer segmentation aligned with risk tiers
• Develop executive-level dashboards and analytics to measure effectiveness and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 7 years of experience in collections, credit operations, or lifecycle marketing
• 3 years of experience leading outbound dialer, SMS, and email strategies
• Hands-on experience with predictive dialers and outbound communications compliance
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
