Director of Collections Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Collections Decision Science & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, deploy, and optimize predictive models for collections strategies
• Operationalize machine learning models within collections platforms and translate outputs into executable decision logic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness of decision strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience in decision science, collections strategy, or predictive modeling in a regulated financial services environment
• Hands-on experience with predictive models and collections platforms
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of Python and/or R
• Understanding of relevant regulations impacting collections operations
