Director of Collections Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the design and optimization of predictive decisioning strategies, the full-time remote Director of Collections Strategy will manage outbound collections operations across various engagement channels while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize predictive models for collections segmentation and treatment strategies
• Operationalize machine learning models within collections platforms and translate outputs into actionable decision logic
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness of decision strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7 years of experience in decision science, collections strategy, or predictive modeling in a regulated financial services environment
• Hands-on experience with predictive model deployment in decisioning or collections platforms
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python and/or R
• Experience with collections platforms and understanding of relevant regulations impacting collections operations
