Director of Commercial Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Data & Analytics to lead commercial analytics strategy for their rare disease portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial analytics lead, translating business strategy into measurable indicators and performance dashboards
• Compile, analyze, and synthesize diverse data sources to generate cohesive executive-level insights
• Monitor execution metrics and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the commercial organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) highly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics or operations within biotechnology or pharmaceutical organizations
• Rare disease commercial experience required
• Experience supporting commercial launch activities and post-launch optimization preferred
• Adaptable; capable of managing priorities in a dynamic business environment
