Job Summary
Transforming the commercial execution layer of the revenue engine, the remote Director of Commercial Deal Desk will manage deal structuring, pricing strategy, and licensing governance while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to enhance growth and forecast accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Establish a commercial desk operating model and drive consistent deal review standards
- Define and enforce pricing guardrails and reduce margin leakage through improved pricing consistency
- Act as the central coordination point between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on commercial policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Pricing, or Commercial Operations
- 5-8 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Strong understanding of CPQ systems and revenue recognition principles
