Director of Commercial Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Enablement Services to oversee the execution of its commercial enablement strategy and manage the enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the commercial enablement strategy across multiple business portfolios
• Design and deliver enablement programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the commercial team
• Provide leadership and oversight to the commercial enablement team, fostering a collaborative culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of the Third Party Administration (TPA), HR Tech/SaaS, and Health Plan Administration industries
• Proficiency in instructional design and familiarity with enablement tools and technologies
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
