Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Finance & Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee commercial finance activities for small to mid-size deals, ensuring a comprehensive view across various terms
• Support the design of proposals by recommending optimized deal structures and pricing that align with client value
• Develop financial models and ensure accuracy of data outputs from relevant financial tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• Minimum of 5 years of functional experience in commercial finance
• Experience in Healthcare & Seniors Contract Food or Environmental Services and Facilities Management
• Advanced spreadsheet software skills, particularly in Excel
