Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Sr Director of Commercial Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Deal Desk and Renewal teams
• Serve as a key advisor for enterprise-wide strategy projects and oversee execution of Pricing, Renewals, and Commercial Excellence
• Analyze market pricing trends and partner cross-functionally to align commercial decisions with company objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration (MBA preferred)
• 7-10+ years of experience in the colocation or telecommunications industry in a pricing, finance, or asset management capacity
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performance teams
• Extensive knowledge of space, power, and interconnection pricing
• Expert level Excel and financial-modeling skills
