Director of Commercial Finance
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Commercial Finance, the full-time remote position will manage commercial P&L narratives, build pricing architecture, and ensure trade spend discipline to support profitable growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the commercial P&L narrative and develop margin visibility and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Chain teams to align commercial strategy with financial insights
- Present financial trade-offs and insights directly to senior leadership to maximize trade investment returns
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, revenue management, or sales/trade finance, preferably in CPG or food & beverage
- Proven experience with trade spend, pricing/revenue growth management, and profitability analysis
- Experience managing commercial or top-line forecasts, including AOP and rolling forecasts
- Strong track record in building pricing architecture and customer profitability models
- Comfort presenting financial information to senior leadership
