Director of Commercial Forecasting

Job Summary

Leading high-impact initiatives, the full-time Director of Commercial Forecasting will manage forecasting activities and provide strategic insights to support decision-making for the company's sleep franchise, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead complex, high-visibility projects that influence organizational priorities and performance
• Own and advance the end-to-end forecasting process, developing scenario-based forecasts and identifying key uncertainties
• Develop and govern robust forecasting and financial models for marketed products and global pipeline programs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial forecasting, insights & analytics, or financial planning within the biopharma industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel-based modeling, including forecasting models and P&Ls
• Proven ability to effectively partner across functions and drive consensus on complex business questions
• Experience leading initiatives and establishing scalable processes in dynamic environments
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
