Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Growth & Partnerships to lead the commercial revenue operations and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the commercial pipeline from lead qualification to closing deals
  • Manage CRM workflows, dashboards, and improve GTM processes
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships to enhance distribution and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial growth, sales, partnerships, or revenue operations
  • Proven ability in process/system building and revenue execution
  • Strong negotiation skills with executive stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, APIs, or data products is a plus
  • Fluency in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and strong analytical skills
