Job Summary
To enhance competitive positioning and optimize commercial strategies, the full-time Director of Commercial Intelligence will translate market and client insights into actionable intelligence while working remotely and collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured win/loss analysis program to improve sales effectiveness
- Lead the synthesis of client feedback to identify trends and enhance client retention and advocacy
- Design and operationalize a competitive intelligence capability to support sales enablement and market analysis
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial intelligence, market intelligence, or revenue operations in a B2B environment
- Expertise in win/loss analysis, voice of the client, competitive intelligence, or pricing strategy
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in building and operationalizing frameworks within a matrixed organization
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
