Director of Commercial Operations

Job Summary

Driving demand growth and managing key pharmacy and distribution relationships, the full-time Associate Director of Commercial Operations will oversee operational supply planning, ensure product availability, and support market expansion efforts in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial partners, managing relationships and driving demand through proactive engagement
• Own demand and supply planning by translating forecasts into executable plans and managing relationships with manufacturers
• Monitor and report on partner performance and key commercial supply KPIs to support operational planning and scale-up efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• 6 - 9 years of experience in commercial operations or supply chain within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Direct experience managing customer and partner relationships in a client-facing role, preferably in pharmacy or specialty pharma
• Strong Excel skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management
• Proficiency in project management software and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
