Director of Commercial Orders

Job Summary

Leading the strategic oversight of commercial order operations, the full-time salaried Director of Commercial Orders will manage teams responsible for order management, service delivery coordination, and customer implementations while collaborating with various departments to enhance operational performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of the commercial order-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders and related activities
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on commercial order operations, project management, and customer support activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications, service delivery, or related operational functions
• At least five (5) years of experience leading teams and managing people leaders
• Demonstrated experience in operational performance oversight, customer escalations, and process improvement
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
