Job Summary

To support a growing commercialization strategy, the full-time remote Director of Commercial Project Management will lead cross-functional planning and execution for global commercialization priorities within a key Disease Area, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management support for Global Commercialization Teams, driving alignment and execution across strategic priorities
• Coordinate inputs from various stakeholders to develop cohesive commercialization plans and manage execution risks and milestones
• Facilitate planning and decision-making processes, ensuring effective follow-through on actions and commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare
• Significant experience leading complex cross-functional projects or commercialization initiatives
• Experience supporting global commercial organizations, including launch readiness and lifecycle management
• Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder leadership
• Proven ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups and navigate fast-paced environments
