Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and submission of compliant proposals in collaboration with internal teams
• Lead the preparation of operational, technical, and cost proposals while ensuring deadlines are met
• Manage market and sales strategy, including market segmentation and pipeline management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of five years' experience in proposal management within the healthcare industry
• Ability to lead a small proposal team
• Experience in developing market strategies and managing budgets
• Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and compliance requirements
