Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, CS Openings & Transitions Lead Americas (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide operators and hotel teams through the opening and transition processes to enhance ramp performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute tasks and support ramp performance strategies
• Serve as a connection point for operators to Hyatt resources and processes, ensuring effective communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of managerial experience in a hotel environment
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, revenue, events, and marketing
• Experience in a franchise environment is required
• On-property hotel opening experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Multicultural work experience and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus
