Job Summary
To build and lead a new strategic and operational function for the Prenatal field organization, the remote Director of Commercial Strategy will partner with the VP of Commercial Sales-Prenatal to set strategy, design territories, and manage incentive compensation while leveraging data analytics to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Set strategy and operating cadence with the VP, Commercial Sales-Prenatal to drive revenue and account expansion
- Lead territory design and quarterly rebalancing for a 250-person field team, managing Salesforce data processes
- Own incentive compensation design and quota setting, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial scrutiny
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years in sales strategy, commercial operations, or revenue operations with experience partnering with senior sales leadership
- Proven track record in designing territories and building variable compensation plans for growing field sales organizations
- Hands-on analytical skills, including data analysis and model building in Excel
- Experience leading high-performing analytical teams, such as data scientists or commercial analysts
- Strong executive presence and communication skills suitable for engaging with C-suite executives
