Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Strategy & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company's commercial transformation roadmap in alignment with long-term goals
• Lead product strategy and ensure alignment of the product portfolio with market trends and customer needs
• Guide cross-functional teams in executing key strategic initiatives and establishing governance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, product management, or business development
• Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies across various products and markets
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in a complex environment
• Exposure to M&A strategy, including commercial diligence and integration planning
