Job Summary

Transforming the commercial desk into a strategic growth lever, the remote Director of Commercial Strategy will manage deal structuring, pricing strategy, and licensing governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue outcomes and customer value.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish a commercial desk operating model and drive consistent deal review standards to improve deal velocity and win rates
  • Define pricing guardrails and approval frameworks while partnering with Product and Finance on pricing strategy and monetization models
  • Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to ensure alignment on commercial policies and communication
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Pricing, or Commercial Operations
  • 5-8 years of experience in a people leadership role
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Strong understanding of CPQ systems and revenue recognition principles
