Director of Commercial Strategy

Job Summary

To strengthen product investment evaluations and strategies, the full-time salaried Director of Commercial Strategy will partner with cross-functional teams to build frameworks, develop business cases, and prepare executive materials for decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support product and commercial strategy across core products and emerging growth opportunities, including AI offerings
• Build and maintain frameworks for evaluating product investments based on market opportunity, customer need, and strategic fit
• Prepare investment memos and executive-ready materials for leadership discussions, tracking product impact against business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or related fields
• Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or complex enterprise software environments preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills for translating data into business recommendations
• Experience in building business cases and investment recommendations
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with senior leadership
