Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial training strategy for product launches
• Lead collaboration with field-facing stakeholders to design and deliver training programs
• Create training content and curricula, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in commercial training or learning & development in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Experience leading launch training for specialty or complex therapies
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models and interventional psychiatry products preferred
• Familiarity with treatment-resistant depression and referral-based care models is a plus
