Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end member engagement strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Oversee direct mail programs, including vendor management and production oversight
• Direct creative production and manage sales and broker-facing materials ensuring brand compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing communications or member/customer engagement
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to manage external creative vendors and direct mail programs
• Experience in creating and managing content calendars across teams
• Strong background in sales or broker-facing enablement materials
