Job Summary

To shape and scale the corporate narrative, the full-time remote Director of Communications will define market positioning, develop communication frameworks, and ensure consistent messaging across various channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve and refine the corporate narrative to align with the company's mission and market position
• Develop and operationalize communication frameworks and governance models for consistent messaging
• Lead integrated thought leadership initiatives and manage spokesperson training programs

Required qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of communications experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
• Proven track record in PR, analyst relations, executive communications, and social media
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Experience building communication systems and frameworks for sustained impact
• Genuine curiosity about AI, customer success, and technology's role in business outcomes
