Job Summary
To enhance brand awareness and strengthen authority, the full-time salaried Director of Communications will build and execute an organization-wide communications and PR strategy while collaborating with regional and national teams, managing social media efforts, and providing speech support for leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy, including regional oversight and media engagement
- Develop and manage an organic and paid social media strategy, including content creation and budget management
- Provide speech support to the CEO and regional leaders, offering tools and feedback for effective communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- At least five years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in public relations and media relations (Preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional projects (Required)
- Familiarity with marketing software such as Muck Rack, Sprout Social, and Asana (Preferred)
- Ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence in a responsible and ethical manner (Preferred)
