Director of Communications

Job Summary

Driving strategic communications and program management, the full-time remote Director of Communications and Programs will enhance transparency and employee engagement while overseeing governance reporting and client deliverables for a financial services account.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support partnership and account goals
• Provide oversight for client deliverables and governance presentations, ensuring high-quality and consistent reporting
• Design and execute an effective onboarding program for new hires, measuring satisfaction and implementing improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in strategic communications and program management in professional services or corporate environments
• Proven success in developing communication strategies and governance materials
• Experience managing feedback programs and translating data into actionable improvements
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
