Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Communications & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the communications and marketing department
• Provide strategic counsel to health plan leadership and lead departmental staff
• Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies tailored to specific market audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Master's Degree preferred
• 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible business experience
• 5 years of experience in managing a Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing function, preferably in healthcare
