Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a strategic external communications strategy and manage media outreach
• Safeguard the organization's brand reputation and lead internal communications functions
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and oversee the development of executive thought leadership initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in communications or public relations, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in health insurance, healthcare, or highly regulated industries
• Demonstrated success in managing communications strategy and crisis communications
• Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and work cross-functionally with various departments
