Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Community & Developer Advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive community strategy, including platform decisions and early momentum
• Build and manage core community programs and oversee the quality of templates and library content
• Establish feedback loops with Growth and Product teams to enhance user activation and community usefulness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical community building or developer advocacy
• Strong technical credibility and ability to engage with builders effectively
• Experience in scaling technical content or asset engines with governance
• Proven track record of launching community initiatives and creating momentum
• Metrics-oriented with strong cross-functional leadership skills
