Job Summary
Overseeing daily operations and management of services, the full-time remote Director of Community Care Operations will ensure efficient service delivery, align operational activities with strategic goals, and manage provider transitions while fostering collaborative relationships with partners and clinical leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Drive provider and partner transitions while managing relationships and program needs
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to align business operations with high-value patient care delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Experience overseeing a minimum of $20M in revenue across multi-site operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health business and industry concepts
- Telehealth experience strongly preferred
