Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Community Connection and Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and survey needs of people with diabetes
• Manage peer to peer activities and develop support programs
• Evaluate community needs and coordinate resources for initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• At least five years of community health promotion experience
• Specific knowledge of diabetes and peer to peer support
• Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships
• Successful track record in volunteer recruitment and program delivery
