Job Summary

Leading community fundraising initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Community Fundraising will manage peer-to-peer and endurance race programs, oversee large-scale fundraising events, and drive strategic growth while collaborating with various teams to enhance donor engagement and support mental health advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the community fundraising team, focusing on strategic vision and program growth
• Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale fundraising events, ensuring financial targets are met
• Manage cross-departmental projects to engage community partners and enhance fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related fields
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in team management
• Proven event planning and management experience, particularly in peer-to-peer fundraising
• Demonstrated success in securing sponsorships or contributions of $10,000 or more
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar databases and project management tools
