Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Community Health Worker Workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity models for Community Health Workers (CHWs) and forecast staffing needs
• Manage allocation and deployment of CHWs to ensure coverage and support local care requirements
• Oversee training and onboarding programs for CHWs to ensure consistent execution of workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or care delivery
• Experience in building and managing capacity or staffing models in service-based organizations
• Proven ability to manage distributed or frontline teams
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs or workforce development initiatives
• Strong analytical skills related to forecasting, workload modeling, and resource allocation
