Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compensation to lead its compensation strategy and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve the enterprise-wide compensation philosophy, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business objectives
  • Manage design and administration of annual compensation cycles, including merit, promotions, and incentive programs
  • Provide analytical insights and ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and pay equity analyses
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in designing and managing compensation programs for high-growth or technology-driven companies
  • Deep expertise in compensation design, analysis, benchmarking, and compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and market pricing tools
  • Ability to influence at all levels, including executives, through data and storytelling
