Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation to lead the design and execution of compensation programs in a large-scale healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop market-informed pay structures and evolve organizational job architecture
• Establish governance and compliance standards for compensation programs
• Manage executive compensation activities in collaboration with Finance and Legal

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience in a large corporate environment
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of compensation professionals
• Proven track record in designing large-scale compensation programs
• Strong analytical skills for financial modeling and market benchmarking
• Preferred experience in healthcare services or multi-site clinical operations
