Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation implications related to organizational change and workforce planning
• Lead the development and execution of labor compensation strategies that support organizational performance and affordability
• Provide leadership in collective bargaining activities, ensuring alignment with labor agreements and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in compensation, finance, regulatory, HR, project management, or consulting environments
• 8+ years of leadership experience
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred upon hire
• Healthcare experience preferred
